I love summer, yay! can’t believe its winding down. You get to do all the fun stuff you have been waiting all year to do such as travel, attend summer parties and cookouts, go to the beach (yes please!) and so much more. No doubt this time of the year is hotter and we are busy doing so many activities; not too busy to keep our bodies in good health, I hope! We must stay hydrated in many ways than one. Eating a lot vegetables, consuming a lot of fruits and getting our glasses of water in daily helps. But how about a fun combination of two?
